New Appointment: Caroline Black joins ​CalMac Ferries as ​Head of Customer Experience

We​'re thrilled that Caroline Black has joined CalMac Ferries as the Head of Customer Experience. Caroline was previously Head of Customer Success UK at Worldline and is now working at CalMac Ferries to help elevate customer experience.

Caroline said:
