Base Salary Circa £120,000 | Competitive Bonus

Camilleri Appointments has been retained by an SME SaaS business seeking a commercially strong, people-centred CEO to lead their technology-enabled B2B business operation providing services in a regulated, safety-critical environment.

This role is for a leader motivated by long-term value creation and the development of a realistic and achievable strategy that is designed for sustainable growth and cultural cohesion.

As the new CEO you will be accountable for:

  • Full P&L ownership (cash, margin, growth)

  • Delivering 10–20% YoY growth with strong EBITDA discipline (15–20%+)

  • Leading a SaaS / technology-led business blended with training, consultancy, or operational services

  • Operating confidently in regulated, compliance-led environments

  • Leading within an Employee Ownership Trust model

  • Continuing to build and enhance a remote-first, 4-day week culture based on trust 

Likely background

  • Aviation-adjacent or other regulated technology/services businesses

  • SaaS-plus or tech-enabled B2B services

  • Founder-led, PE-backed, or employee-owned SMEs

  • Senior leaders (CEO/ COO / MD / Divisional Director) including those ready for their first CEO role

Experience of leading a smaller, complex, regulated business will be essential and be prioritised over those who have purely operated in a corporate and large scale environment.
